Sky puck activated at noon today. Stuck on software update at 0% WiFi and Internet connected on phon

Sky puck and Broadband was activated today at noon, WiFi is now working and connected to Internet on my mobile. But can't get past the updating software screen on television. Any advice? Other devices that work via WiFi also unable to connect. All advice online says go to the app. On the app there is no help.

Are you sure your mobile isn't using cellular data?

 

It's quite common for the broadband internet service not to actually start working until midnight at the end of the activation date.
