Sky pod not picking up all near devices

We have a couple of sky pods that link to hub successfully. The one pod though picks up phones etc but does not pick up my sons new desktop which is only being picked up by main hub which is farthest away. Therefore only getting one bar on desktop and computer therefore unusable.
