Sky not connecting to Wi-Fi

My sky box will not pick up Wi-Fi signal . Have reset and restarted everything

@Bentley2023 if you have Sky Q then Sky will either send out a booster or an enginer if you ask them. However with other Sky TV systems the same service is not offered. If you have Sky Broadband and pay for the Broadband Boost bundle then again Sky will probably supply a booster if asked.

 

Otherwise it sounds like you may have to pay for equipment yourself. There are many possible solutions but which is the best for you depends on the distance involved, which Sky TV system you have etc. if you post more detail tgecforum can probably be able to help.
