Sky max router and hive hub

Since moving from virgin to sky with a Sky max router my hive hub just will not connect, tried rebooting both, new cables etc. hive hub has green light and in the sky router settings I can see the hive hub....noone at hive or sky seems to be able to resolve....any ideas?

Hi, can I ask what version of hive you have? Mine will not connect to new sky max hub router, worked fine with the old one. I have the 1st version of hive. They sent me out a new hive hub and it still doesn't work just flashes green. Sky couldn't help they said its probably because the new security on router. I have changed shield and set to wap2 still no luck
