Hi, I have new Sky Max Hub and two Mac pods, neither of which connect to the Hub regardless of how close I position them GP the Hub. They just constantly flash white.
Sky suggested resetting the Hub and cannot get an engineer to me for almost three weeks. They also suggested changing the Hub password to numeric only. Nothing they have suggested works. Has anyone found a solution. I saw this was asked before by a other user bit without a response.
