I ordered the sky max broadband and it wasn't working properly. Engineer came out replaced the box said it was working fine and it still won't connect properly videos are buffering and won't play and things won't load. Previously before all of this an open reach engineer says he fixed the line outside as that was apparently the cause in the beginning. So I'm at a loss now I don't know why it won't work properly
