The activation date my the sky hub was on 12/02/2025, we did connect everything. The light on the router turned red and then onwards it's been blinking a whitish amber color and it's not turning white. We have a wall socket with only one insert. I have connect the cable with white end on to the wall socket and the purple end to the sky max hub. Also have connected the c-port plug. Kindly suggest what to do

Is that the only socket in the property or is there a master socket somewhere with dual ports?

That is the only socket in the property. I've looked thoroughly.

Find out more@JohnHarold you need to call Sky as it maybe Openreach could not complete the job or simply someone has removed the master socket which is not uncommon if the property previously had a Virgin Media service as Virgin's engineers "helpfully" do this but done tell Openreach
Sky will areange for an engineer to come outto fit a proper mastersocket.
