Sky max hub still not activating after ten days

I ordered and received the sky max hub last week and it still has not been activated on the my sky app or sky.com.

 

i was promised a call back this morning to resolve the issue but never received this call.

 

i have tried hard resetting if the router several times but it is still not working.
