Sky max hub slowly flashing green

Had a whole debacle with sky about getting fibre installed and finally got done and was activated on the 13th. Router arrived yesterday and plugged it in and will not change from slow flashing green light. Seen a few posts on here about similar issues but no solutions so wondering if anyone has had any luck

@Chris+Havis What are the lights on the ONT like, name beside each one what you see if you do not mind posting that detail up. Link about the lights so you have that on this post!

I have a green light on the Power PON and LAN. Have tried turning the ONT on and off have tried holding down WPS till the light on the hub starts flashing green quickly then turns off and resets and all the same.

@Chris+Havis Power and Pon you want solid Green, Lan you want to see flash ONT to the port 4 WAN connection back off that Sky Max SR213 hub, as the hub sends data to the ONT and the ONT sends back to the hub, Lan light flashes to show that is happening!

If stuck flashing slow green and you have WPS Reset that hub back to it's factory state, that is all you can do, time to call sky before they close at 8pm and have them look see if they can detect the hub direct through the ONT, it's all got to match.....

Miss match and you are NOT getting online!
