Sky max hub not working just showing red light

Messages successfully received advising that my new broadband  contract with sky has been activated and is ready to use. BT have confirmed switch has been successful. Completed installation but light has been red for two hours with no internet connection. The sky app is just hanging when connected using mobile data. Any help would be appreciated.

@NeilCam1 What service connection do you have from sky via OR, copper fttc plugged into a Master Phone socket, or fftp full fibre plugged into the ONT modem!
