Sky max hub not working after activation dat

My sky max hub activation date was yesterday (11/06/24) & had the text from sky to confirm it is activated, when connecting the hub I get just a solid red light and no internet working. On the BT Openreach port on the wall I have all green lights. Anyone know what else I can try?

Just to add to this, tried to set up through the app where it shows about it might take 20 minutes, left this on for well over this and still nothing.

Try running the  line test on the My Sky app, it may pickup the fault. If not we can escalate your post on the forum to chat with a Sky rep or you can call.
