Sky max hub not showing in phone app

I have just upgraded to a sky max hub however it is not showing in the mobile phone app in check speed. It tells me you to select device but nothing happens to allow you to select a device  so I can't see the status of my hub at all

How long has your new hub been connected? It can take around 24hrs to appear in your app
