Sky max hub not showing devices connected to broadband

Hi just wondering why I cannot see the devises connected to my broadband.

Hi @JD351 

The hub wont always list all the connected devices for various reasons. However the app should generally show most. What is it your seeing when you go to connected devices? Have you tried resetting the hub?
