Sky max hub not on boarding

I have had Sky Max Hub since 18th September, I haven't been able to use the new hub due to 3 of my Samsung tvs not being able to connect, several phone calls to sky and Samsung and I'm still unable to connect these 3 products.

I can't see the sky max hub in my app to attempt to change the settings in order for me to add the tvs as suggested by Samsung which would resolve the issue.

I have deleted reinstalled the app still no sky max hub appears, yet it's showing on my billing due the 18th October.

I'm at a loss on what to do now, I've wasted countless hours of my time chasing sky, has anyone had this issue resolved?

I've seen sky and Samsung have compatibility issues, wish I had seen the comments before switching provider.

Re: Sky max hub not on boarding

I been waiting since the 28th September for this issue to be rectified. I wasn't able to connect using the wps button. Had to hardwire into the sky q, all devices found WiFi without issue. Low speeds and not getting Internet in half the rooms of the house. When doing a check on the app it stated "in home issue - wifi disabled", seen as tho I'm unable to access the router through the app to adjust settings I can't connect to any boosters. Had an engineer out who said its an on boarding issue and will be corrected with 24-48hrs.... its not been over a week and no further forward. Having to make multiple phone calls and getting nowhere. Today my internet had dropped from speeds of 900mbs down to 130mbs. Reckon I'll be looking for a new provider.
