Sky max hub not in app and no voice

Hello My sky hub max won't set up in the app and the voice is not working.

@Prav1 assume your service is already live if so the voice line should be working if you plug a phone into the hub it doesnt need any set up.and the hub should connect to the internet you only need thecapp to change settings . A white light means it is working

 

If you have not tried to already sign out of the app and fully clise it then reload it ans sign in again which often brings up the entries you need. In a few cases Sky may need to get a back office team sort the issue if thst applies givecthem a call.
