Recently upgraded to Sky max hub for supposedly better connection around the home.....connection isn't any better than old router!!!
We have now discovered we cannot connect a Samsung smart tv in the bedroom. It's recognised the wifi name but won't accept the password. Anyone any ideas? Thanks

Suggested fix is using tge My Sky app go into product settings select the hub and then click on Advanced settings/WiFi security and change tge setting from WPA3T to WPA2.
The issue is with the set up on the TV not the hub as most older devices connect to the new hubs without issue.

Same problem. Work around is to log onto you sky wifi max router from your Internet app on your device. Go to 'connected devices' on the left tool bar. ThenScroll down or the right tool bar and click 'Add WiFi protected set up'. Now look at your TV and goto the network settings to connect. Select on you TV 'wps'. Select wps with pin. Go back to your device and you will see a 'push button' option. Change this to 'pin'. Type the pin number your TV gives into this and click OK. Wait 5 seconds. Click OK on you your TV. You will connect. Only problem is if you turn your TV of from the socket you will have to reconnect the same as above. Good luck

Note that WPS set-up by PIN has been known to be horribly flawed cryptographically for more than a decade, which is why it's disabled by default.

Go to your "MySky" App.
Select Broadband,
Then WiFi Settings,
Select advanced settings,
WiFi security level,
Change from WPA3-T to WPA2.
Hopefully this will enable more older devices to connect more freely.
Let me know if this helped.
Thanks,

I am.having the same issue. Changing WPS hasn't worked. I'm still none the wiser. Any other tips gratefully appreciated.

When connecting press and hold the button on your router for 2 seconds. Thats the only thing that worked for me.
