Am tearing my hair out with sky. Ordered new broadband on 02/12. Engineer came on 11/12 to activate. Have chased sky on 09/12, 12/12,13/12,14/12 about my hub and still don't know if it has been dispatched or when it will arrive. Have no phone, internet or tv at present. Sky app says the hub has been dispatched when it hasn't.
