Sky max hub making ticking noise

Brand new sky max hub is making a ticking noise. Not sure where it's coming from.

@Kb42 that is very unusual so I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Hello. 

My sky hub is also making a ticking noise, every 2-3 seconds - any clues as to why or how to fix? 
I've had it a couple of months
