Sky max hub delivered with an empty box
Took attempted delivery of my sky max router on friday (5th sept). Courier had noted the box had been opened when he attempted to deliver (it clearly had been opened and stolen). I refused delivery and returned to sender. Tracking has updated to reflect this but I have not had any comms from sky about delivery of a new router. Currently paying for a service that I cant use - help please!

@H_G_T Here you go, methods to reachout to sky by, they will have no clue it's on its way back for at least another 6 weeks or so!

Mine was still in its box but clearly been opened. Suspicious phone call the day before it was due to go live asking how things are going. So fed up of these scams. Never had so many fake calls from any other mobile provider. And now I've taken out their broadband. Must be crazy
