Sky max hub and pod not connecting

We went live yesterday.. we have no working phone line and several dead zones in the house. We can connect to the Wi-Fi but the max hub is not connected in the my sky app and neither is the pod that we received today. 
I understand that we won't be able to use the pod or the landline until this is resolved. Grateful for any tips as apart from escalation I don't feel call centre staff have the technical knowledge

Thank you, we got things working once it let us enter the pod manual set up.. this hadnt previously been an option in the My Sky app. The phone line is also on now. We have an engineer coming out tomorrow as there are still some black spots in the house, hopefully a couple more pods and we will be sorted 🙂
