Sky max hub and pod not connecting to my sky app

I recently received the sky hub and pod but nothing is showing in my app that the sky max pod exists, it did say it will take up to 20 minutes.. 3 days later I rang sky they made delete the app and reset everything and now it's now where to be seen on the app. I don't see the point it having it please someone help!

@Nothingeverwork the settings should appear in the Priduct Settings area of the hub. Check you are signed in with the Sky id linked tomthe broadband account if you are call Sky as they did to get a back office team to sort the permissions out.
