Sky max hub ,2.4ghz



Hi, I have just set up my new max hub but it is dual frequency 2.4 & 5ghz but I need it to be just 2.4 for my video doorbell, I have tried online and also using 192.168.0.1 to change settings but I can't seem to stop the 5ghz can you please advise how to do this

Follow the link below and toggle down for instructions on temporarily disabling 5ghz then reset the wifi on  whatever device you are using to set the doorbell up  so its on 2.4ghz then the doorbell should follow suit

@Jr1973 with the new white hubs use the My Sky app find the hub's advanced settings. Choose the Disable WiFi option and turn off the 5GHz band. Then connect your doorbell and turn the 5GHz band back on the doorbell shoukd stay connected.
