Sky keep cancelling Fibre Broadband & sky Q engineer visit

I placed order for both upgrade to Sky Q and fibre broadband. Engineer appointments all booked. First get email saying problem with Broadband order contact us - which I did with difficulty- no idea why cancelled so had to redo order another 45 mins on the phone - new date for installation. In the meantime an Open Reach engineer came, checked the fibre connection from road to house - confirmed all ok & Sky engineer would just have to connect inside the house. Perfect! No

then get another e-mail problem with order & cancelled again! Then see that engineer visit for Sky Q has also been cancelled with no email or contact but still shows activation date as original engineer date - what on earth is going on! Spent another 50 mins on phone today, asked to speak to a manager, advised after going through issue with 2 people that I would definitely get a call back today after they investigate what the problem is.

Surprise NO call back, no resolution! It is disgraceful - I have been a customer of Sky for 20+ years. Because not getting sorted now having to look at staying with BT & getting there EE package including sport! 
What has happened to Customer Service and sorting issues out!!!!!!
