Two WORKING days is the service level agreement between ISP’s and Openreach for fixing a fault.

You are lucky we have been without broadband since December 2024 and also sky stream. Sky are just not managing their subcontractor. I am aware that there are limitations due to restrictions on contact with Openreach - but there are alternative options open to Sky regarding contact. They merely report back the information that they get from the Opoenreach fault queues. I don't want compensation - I want service. Very poor Sky.

I am quite expecting the broadband to come back on within the 2 day limit ,then shut it down again to stop paying compensation to it's customersvmYhink it time I look at a different supplier Really had enough of I do not care attitude I been getting from Sky this month 😡😡😡😡😡

Any other Openreach ISP would be experiencing the same issue: that's inherent to the way the national UK telecoms network functions.

Our neigbour is with BT He said BT where very good ,explaining thinks and said the broadband would be back latter on tonight .Not like the Sky operator saying it is nothing to do with us it is an Openreach problem. Think Sky have just lost me to BT after this .Going to see what deal BT will do with ref my Broadband tomorrow morning
