I don't want to speak to a community I just want my internet and tv to work

@emilys21 Then your choice is to call sky on the phone and go from there onwards!

Have called many times. Apparently there is no problem according to Sky

@emilys21 You already said you do not wish to speak to the community so you have to pursue the sky calling!

@emilys21 if you want help from the community tell us the issue and we can try to help or speak to Sky. If your issue does require Sky's input forum superusers can escalate your post to a team who support the forum BUT we need to know what the issue is to do that.
