Sky internet will not restart after power cut

Following a power cut this morning, the internet and wifi will not restart. 
The Sky self test says everything is ok but the internet will not come back on. I've switched off and restarted the device. Nothing

@Paul622 What are the hub lights like, if you had a power cut, good chance that your exchange may have dropped off, and if there ups system did not catch it and keep everything up and running then all the comms may be down until they get it all back up and running. And you may just be spinning your wheels fighting the software that is telling you everything is fine.....
