No, it's not the device(s) im using. The router itself occasionally would ONLY turn off the internet (my internet blinker goes FULL BLANK) and then turn back on after flashing orange for a minute or two.
It has been a year since these kind of sky broadband problems occured. Last time was due to the router being outdated and we were not informed about this. This time I don't even know, the box is average temp, room is cool, everything that we do on the internet is just as the same now, no new devices etc.
Before I go mental once again and punch a new cooling hole through the top of the router could someone assist me in what I could do to fix this?
methods tried: unplugged cables for 20 minutes, reset, hard reset, power cycled

I don't know how to archive this post so if a forum mod can please and thank you
I have called a sky employee and they have stated they see no software or digital fault so they have booked an engineer for me.

8 days ago exactly I posted a post about me having constant issues with my internet blinker randomly turning off and turning back on while the rest of the router stays green. I can't tell if this is some practical joke but this is not on par and almost feels unbelievably ILLEGAL how this router acts vs how it's told it will behave on paper. It has done this process of internet light restart today a total, 4 times.
Honestly it is so disgusting and I have 0 words for this. We got a new router, it's been doing well. It had ZERO problems. And as soon as the easter holidays start, Sky walks up to me and smothers me with a bunch of middle fingers instead of a promised clean WiFi connection. I still don't know why I didn't switch to BT or Virgin media already, at least they didn't have these problems..
Here is the statistic the the router that did this process again!
