M28- wifi not working. Reset router. Still dropped. Broadband checker says all is well but no connection. Very poor form sky. An update would be appreciated considering how much I pay for assurance of a constant speed connection.

For your information Openreach are responsible for fixing it not Sky. WFH has no relevance to it being fixed as Sky Broadband is a domestic service. Openreach have a target fix time of 2 working days.

There is an outage in the area which I no doubt Openreach are working on to restore service ASAP.

Would this be the reason why the wifi light is off/orange on my box? I've tried everything to get it back on?! We are in m29

Yes, exactly the same here. Been trying to reset it for the last hour. Don't waste your time. Clearly a wide issue
