It’s off here at M38. Just tried testing my broadband with sky and apparently there's no issue.
Must be normal to have no cennection to internet. No wonder people move away from sky.

@Lulu22 You know it could just be that Sky are unaware of the issue and thats why the checker isn't showing any......
You all need to get on the phone and report the issue so that you can be certain Sky are aware of the problem and that they can get it look at.

I thought the service checker checked service regardless of whether sky already know there is an issue. Surely it isn't dependent on someone in sky knowing there is a problem.

@Lulu22 The service checker has to be updated to show issues, if one hasn't been identified(either by the autosystem of by manual imput) then it can't show any, no system is 100% reliable.
The more people that call to report the problem the better, its the only way to ensure Sky are made aware, plus you have to let them know to be eligible for auto compensation should the fault not be fixed within 2 worling days(unfortunately Saturday and Sunday dont count towards that).
