No connection here in M38 either.. Went off yesterday too! Just pulled it all out thinking it was a loose wire or something because checker said it was all fine 🤦‍♀️ shame I'm still in contract!!

I've just spoken to Sky and they said OpenReach are aware of the issue and working on it but might be a couple of days...

If it does take some time to fix this link explains the Ofcom agreed auto compensation scheme which Sky operates for when there is a TOTAL loss of Sky Broadband or Sky Talk.

If you have a total loss of service and it isn’t fixed after two full WORKING days from when the fault is first reported to Sky, you will become eligible for it. It’s applied 30 days after the fault has been repaired and will come in the form of a credit appearing on your Sky account.

FOR SKY+ USERS: From 29th October 2024 you will no longer be able to pair your viewing card to a Sky+/Sky+HD box that the card is not already paired to, so if your Sky box becomes faulty you cannot replace it and you'll need to move to either Sky Q, Sky Glass or Sky Stream to access Sky content

If you  have  sky glass tv  and your broadband  is  down if you  have an freeview  on it so you  can  watch  the tv

Same here! Broadband checker and sky checker say all ok. Clearly NOT!!! Very annoying! Sky get it sorted!!!
