Sky installed gone from 53mb to 500mb BUT keeps dropping out

Moved to sky super fast 500mb full fibre yesterday from BT halo where we were only getting 53mb but the WIFI is much worse than before. Impacting my work - opening documents &  calls via Laotop. The hub is in the hallway next to the full fibre inlet so can't be moved. My office is upstairs. New sky tv also dropping out and that's in the room next door to the hub. We are in a new build! How can we have 500mb but rubbish WiFi? Any  help welcome thanks

Actually routers can be relocated by using longer ethernet cable than ISPs typically supply, and potentially over Powerline network adapters.

Often because of the density of competing wireless signals from other properties (where applicable) or due to the building fabric used.

Sky Glass 55" (on ethernet) & two Stream Pucks (one ethernet / one WiFi)
BT Halo 3+ Ultrafast FTTP (500Mbs), BT Smart Hub 2
