@Botchway if you have any Apple devices by default they hide their ids as do some other msnufacturers devices. Its nothing to worry about its to help,protect privacy..

To change the admin password log into the hub by typing 192.168.0.1 into a browser and once the landing page loads click on Maintenance/Set Password if you havecthe SR203 router notecthe password rules which require it to becat least 10 characters long have both lower and upper case letters and at least one number.

@Botchway

'Unknown Device' can also indicate that the MAC address (a globally unique number burnt into a network chip) was assigned to a manufacturer of chipsets rather than finished devices, so it's not possible for the router to identify the hardware involved: this is often the case with the so-called 'IoT' ('Internet of Things') from cameras to coffee machines.

@Botchway

Switching off the Hub at the mains for at least an hour should trigger the allocation of a different public IP address when it repowers, although it appears that these have been getting 'stickier' recently.
