Sky hub won’t connect to broadband

My sky hub won't connect to the internet, I have run several checks and it keeps saying the problem is with the hub, it can't connect to the hub. Lights are on except the internet light is orange instead of green. I have unplugged it all, nothing, I have pressed the reset button, nothing. How can it just stop working like that?

Just an update the issue was with the line, I had a sky engineer out who found the issue and unfortunately can't do anything, it's a problem open reach has to deal with and they are in no hurry so it's been almost a week without any broadband, and no idea of when it will be fixed, very frustrating.

Hi @LaurenK there maybe a problem with the broadband supply to your property, are there any works being carried out in the street?

Ask a neighbour if their internet is working?

Nope no works being carried out as far as I know and nobody else is having this issue.

Hi @LaurenK remove the power cable from the hub, and leave for 30 sec then reconnect?
