I am a new customer and created a sky stream and broadband package. The engineer visit was on the 16th Jan and STILL no hun delivery. It states on the app- dispatched- coming soon. I have been paying my stream since December (I ordered the package 7 weeks ago) and my broadband is live which I am paying for but no box therefore cannot use either tv or internet. I'm really fed up now and wondering if I made the right choice going with sky. I spoke to customer services on Monday when the engineer was here who advised next day delivery, yet still nothing. How long does it take for the hub to arrive???!

Hub despatch is supposed to be timed so that it arrives a day or two before the scheduled broadband activation date: this would be a different logistics chain to that handling the Stream hardware.

Have you received any messages about delays in installing broadband.
You would need to call sky on 150 if you have a sky landline or
Contact sky as below

If in the Republic of Ireland go to the bottom of the page and change the flag to Republic of Ireland
