Won't set up on my sky app

@Anonymous sign out of the app and close it and try again if the Sky Max hub settings are still not showing innthe app after that call Sky. Of course you can just plug the hub in snd it should connect without any set up you only need the app if you want to change settings.

Hey before I posted here I read some other threads, have changed password, deleted app re signed in.
I have reset the hub and everything else, I tried to call sky twice now just hangs on hold/rings and rings
I have wifi but yes unfortunately I want to edit SSID and other settings etc
