Can someone help. The output from my hub is around 100mbps even though I have 900 mbps at the hub. That's via an ethernet cable. WiFi is a bit slower

Is it a Cat5e ethernet cable to a device which definitely has a gigabit ethernet port? Only seeing 'around 100mbps' should always raise suspicion that there's a 100Mbs limit somewhere (which, for example, can be caused by inadvertently using a four-wire cable)
