I have newly joined sky broadband and waited for a week but the sky hub is still not showing on My Sky app. From posts from other users, it seems to me that the solution is to escalate this issue to the sky team. Please can anyone look into this?

@JC19 sign out of tge app close it and reopen which should show the settings for the hub in the Product Options menu. If it doesnt either post again or call Sky.
