This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

Me, went off around 8pm. I've tried everything it says on the website. The most I get is a glowing g green light. States no issues in area. Only I stalled Thursday. I work from home and can't work without my Internet.
