Sky hub not connecting to internet

Since 12am my hub has not been connecting to the Internet. I've tried everything, resetting it, unplugging it for an hour. Trying a different plug. I've run the trouble shooting on here a million times. The trouble shoot says 'sorry try again later' after running all the checks. I only have two lights on the hub on power and WiFi. If I try call sky it a bot that just sends me here. Please someone. Anyone.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at this bottom of this page.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.

This isn't a live chat so replies may not be instant.

I'm having exactly the same issue and it's brand new out of the box...

Me, went off around 8pm. I've tried everything it says on the website. The most I get is a glowing g green light. States no issues in area. Only I stalled Thursday. I work from home and can't work without my Internet.
