My sky hub is not connecting to the internet since yesterday.
I have tried all the steps and reset the hub but still not connecting. Can't find any options to talk to a human, please can someone help!!!

Is the internet light on your hub off, green or amber,?

Light is amber and service checker says that there is outage in my area.
It's been like this since yesterday morning

Your would need to call sky on 150 from a sky landline or sky mobile or
zero three three three seven five nine one zero one eight from any other phone
Or if in Ireland
Call sky ireland on

Remove all the full stops
And persevere
When asked is this about mobile say no
When asked do you want to receive an sms say no
You will likely get the text anyway.
When asked do you want to hang up and follow the link say no
When asked about the nature of your enquiry say broadband fault
You should then be put on the tech support queue
