Sky hub not arrived yet

Hi

the guys are here to fit line extra but no hub yet, nice chap said he'd walk me through the set up, but bit inconvenient. 
1: will I now not have internet as I have sky stream- no internet no tv etc.  

2: okay I can set it all up myself, I'm quite confident woth setting it up, but what if I'm without service, can I order a hub if said one doesn't turn up? 
Apparently it's in Chelmsford

In most cases the hub should turn up just prior to the installation and activation date so until it has turned up you will have no internet access. So keep any eye of your Sky account and emails for updates on the delivery.
