Log into My Sky App. Click on your profile (top left), click my orders and you should see if/when your hub will be sent

Sky person kept blathering on about outages ( which doesn't affect me because I'm not with them yet) then said they'd phone me on 12th to see if I've had any update ? Ermmm ok. So atm no rebooked date . Openreach completed work from kerbside to property on Monday.  And hoping they don't try and charge us for failed booking because no equipment.  Order progress says to be despatched still. But activation date is now tba.

So update. Its now been dispatched, but follow the tracking link and it brings up an error page. Baby steps.

Ironically just recieved text saying openreach will be here on 24th. I wonder if I'll have equipment by then or I'll be turning them away

We've now been informed via a closed forum that the router dispatch problem has been resolved.

The issue may be resolved for a couple of customers. But for me and many others it is not resolved.


Do Super admins always close down forums this quickly???

I used the virtual assistant via the app. And typed complaint.

 

It then gave me a lift of complaining options. I chose email and got an email back a few hours later detailing what had happened and what would be done.
