Sky hub max working but can't configure

Got a new sky max hub yesterday. Everything is working with it but I can't configure parental controls. Everything in web site says I should see an option in My Sky but I don't. I can test the broadband connection but not configure it.

@Tinkers77 the parental controls only can be configured if the account includes the WiFi Max add-on so do you have that?

I have the white Max router and Sky WiFi Max 

.   So as far as I know the answer is yes.

@Tinkers77 if the settings are not showing up in the My Sky app when definitely signed in as the account holder then call Sky as they need to reconfigure the permissions.  More here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max-parental-controls
