Sky hub max really doesn't reach all rooms

I have the sky hub max as it states will reach WiFi in every room. But in my house it does I walk into my kitchen cuts out go upstairs cuts out. I'm quite frustrated as I thought maybe pay the extra to get better but it's not the case.

@Kirstie1994 the all rooms guarantee is for the WiFi Max add-on package which can come with up to 3 extenders if required and has a number of important conditions see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/enhanced-wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee . The standard. wall-to wall guarantee I think you are referring to needs to be read carefully as it doesnt quite say what you think it does https://www.sky.com/help/articles/wall-to-wall-wifi-guarantee

It is not at all unusual to require more than the free router an ISP provides to get usble wifi in every room as  homes has different layouts, tupes of construction and levels of interference.
