Sky hub max not arrived before activation day

Hi there,

 

My Sky Hub Max still hasn't arrived. My activation date is today (30th April). I was promised this would have been set up before by the 30th. It was really the main reason I went with Sky. I work from home, so it's imperative this is sorted as soon as possible. The status claims that it is yet to be dispatched, so I am very concerned that this will take a while still. Is there anyway this can be accelerated as it's become quite an issue now. 

Please help!

150 is the free number to use from a Sky Mobile or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:


https://www.sky.com/help/home


When you do call say nothing when the bot speaks to you about what your call is about as it should then route you to somebody.

As we are customers here there is nothing we can do to speed this up for you other than to say it could still show up today as couriers deliver throughout the day and not just before 10.20 in the morning. If it hasn't shown up by this evening then give Sky a call.

Hi,

Yes I understand. I'm  just wondering if anyone else has had this issue really. It's still awaiting dispatch, so I very much doubt anything will come today, even though it's supposed to be activated from today. Thanks

You'll find other similar posts in this forum: with hundreds of thousands of such shipments each year by Sky alone, unfortunately it's inevitable that a percentage go astray.

Hi my activation day is today and I have no

hun or internet . Sky said it was lost and can't replace . What do I do I need internet

Do they mean they can't dispatch a replacement hub until they've investigated what's happened to the original?

I'm afraid you haven't got much of a choice. Sky will need to liaise with the courier/ Royal Mail to see what's happened.
