Sky hub making very weird squealing noise now and again

Hello, Sky hub makes this squealing noise like electric so hard to describe. I cannot find any way to get a replacement the help section is not designed for this issue and calling sky I can't get passed the automated response. Please help I need a replacement hub and don't know how to get it from Sky.
