My Sky hub drops out several times a day, requiring a reboot. When it is connected it is very slow. Tests indicate that the signal to the hub is Ok and neighbours with Sky broadband do not have problems. I have run all the online tests but am unable to contact a real human so I could explain the problem.
I would appreciate any suggestions.
