My wife unplugged our Sky Hub router earlier. Since then, and after multiple restarts, all the lights are green but no non-Sky products are connecting to the wireless network. The Sky online troubleshooting is useless

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more@Karl41 a factory reset of the hub will return the wifi password to the one on the hub's label. To perform a reset on the black hubs press in the reset pin until the power led flashes which can take 20 seconds. On the white hubs press and hold down the WPS button the right hand edge for up to 30 seconds until the led starts flashing and then release.
Be careful when entering the password that it matches the label exactly being careful not to confusecsay the letter O with a zero.
