My sky hub upstairs is not working it constanly has a red on the middle light called connected.
I have been going in circles for weeks now we are paying an extra £5 a month to have wifi in every rom but cant work in this office now as it wont go on Teams calls and drops out of otrher online stuff too.
I ahve tried all the tests and it says its fine and the I try and call th enumber and they send me a text to the same test connection link and then hang up. Can anyone help as I feel like I'm just going round in circles and paying this money to not have any support when its gone wrong.
