Sky hub have consistently been switching off
Been having trouble since 13 September 2024 with the sky hub constantly switching off not getting the right service , can't even use it , spoke to someone yesterday and was rude as hell , is it just me or is sky just scammers ? Quick enough to take your bill money but can't be bothered to solve the problem , it come to a decision that I have decided to change providers , and sky expects me to pay a cancellation fee no chance in hell

What has been done since this started 15 months ago? Has an engineer been sent? Have Sky replaced the hub?
Have you made a complaint? If you have, Sky have up to 8 weeks to resolve it or issue a deadlock letter at which point it can be escalated further.
If it's an Openreach issue then changing providers to another using the Openreach infrastructure will probably just move the problem too.
NOTE: I only provide help on the forum boards so Direct Messaging is switched off

Complaints have been made , 10 engineers maybe more have been out since 2024 , sky keeps saying it's an open reach problem and open reach fair plays do come out and everything is fine their end , thrr Reet y have stated the problem lies with sky

@bethan4 When i look back to your Aug2024 posting, you did the final all sorted got a replacement hub on it's way to you, so take it the new hub did not do as expected, or it did and nothing was heard from you again until now Forum wise and you went down the Customer Service calling route... If you have a bad line to your sky Hub, then it could well be an Intermittent issue, those can be hard to pin down, had one myself sky hub was great on the connection but day one with an EE Router on it showed up straight away, took 7 Engineer visit's and the last Engineer took 4 hours back tracing the errors fault by split/lift until he found the bad joint, once he did then not one single issue on the copper cable ever, then went FF Full Fibre when it became available sept 2024 and it's been 100% good so far touch wood!
