Sky hub flashing green light, phone connected without internet

Sky hub(White) is slow flashing a green light. Wifi on android mobile is connected without internet and pc has no connection with a wired connection.

Thanks for the reply, i have contacted sky and they ran some tests. Unplugged both router and ont box for 15 minutes to reset system. 

After which router was still flashing slowly green as before.

So sky are now sending a new router to see if it is a faulty router. Fingers crossed.

I have another router plugged in now but connection is hit and miss i.e  it has connection but very slow and struggles to load a page.
